IMPROVING YOUR SOURCING STRATEGY

STEP 1

Prioritize the Requirements

Schedule a Kick-Off call to prioritize the most critical components of the position(s). Experience, education, skills, industries, etc.

STEP 2

Source Across All Platforms

Utilize all available active and passive sourcing tools to uncover all high-potential candidates for the project. This includes research into competitors, unique titles, alternative skills, etc.

STEP 3

Find & Verify Contact Info

Finding the correct contact information is critical to getting a candidate on the phone and selling an opportunity. Velocity uses reverse sourcing on job boards, databases like ZoomInfo, and other paid subscription tools.

STEP 4

"Pleasantly Persistent" Candidate Outreach

Our Recruitment Marketing Team and Talent Acquisition Specialists work together to reach out to candidates at all available platforms. The Talent Team calls each candidate up to 4 times, while the Marketing Team coordinate InMails, Texts and Emails.

STEP 5

Scheduling Interested Candidates ASAP

As soon as Velocity has a Qualified, Available, and Interested Candidate, they will provide the Hiring Team with the best time, phone number and email to reach the candidate, so clients can take them through the next steps in the process.

A Velocity Campaign runs as a 30-day search to source & engage as many Qualified, Available, and Interested candidates as possible.

Every Campaign includes the following service activity:

  • Unlimited users in the Resflex Candidate Manager System.
  • A consultative Kick-Off Call to understand the positions' challenges, specs, and sourcing strategy.
  • Expert-Level Sourcing with bandwidth to connect with even the most hidden passive talent.
  • Weekly check-ins with a dedicated Client Manager to develop your specialized sourcing strategy.
  • Candidate research specialists with access to 20+ paid-subscription tools.
  • Locating direct-dial work/home/mobile lines and email addresses.
  • Any validated contact information will be posted via Reflex.
  • Direct Marketing Campaign & Data Collection via Phone, Email, Text to the qualified talent pool.
  • Experienced recruiters making up to 4 calls per valid phone number for every candidate.
  • Detailed candidate pre-screen notes on all interested candidates available via Resflex.
  • Any insights on Not-Interested candidates & market data on the talent pool delivered via Resflex.
  • Weekly Activity reports highlighting candidates sourced, interviews conducted, interested/not interested, etc.
  • A Final Close-Out Report of activity #'s, market data, wins, challenges/barriers, & opportunities to increase results.
  • All Data is the property of the Client in perpetuity!
