Flow of Candidate Experience
Below is an example of a Velocity candidate experience from Day 1 of sourcing to the Scheduled Interview stage.

Day 1a
Sourced
The candidate was sourced by our sourcing team based on their title;
Our research team then matched with their LinkedIn profile and uploaded the candidate profile into ResFlex on July 2nd.

Day 1b
Contact Information Located
7 numbers were found as possible matches to the candidate's name and location.
Our recruiter called through 4 of the numbers before the candidate's son answered and gave our recruiter their cell number.

Day 2-5
Candidate Outreach
A Velocity Recruiter called the candidate July 3rd and they asked for a call after the holiday. The Recruiter spoke with the candidate on Tuesday, July 9th, and the candidate confirms they are interested in the role.
Our Recruiter logs information from the call and receives and updated resume that night.

Day 6
Candidate Submittal
We submitted the candidate as a QAI candidate with the updated resume and pre-screening answers for our client recruiter to review on July 10th.

Day 27
Hiring Pipeline
Since candidate submittal, our client recruiter had been in contact with the candidate. A phone interview with a member from the client team was scheduled for August 7th.
Once a QAI candidate is submitted for review, they are now a part of the clients hiring process. The next steps in the process can be customized to incorporate further services from the Velocity team.
